How booking works

From first email to last dance

  1. Inquire

    Send your date, guest count, venue and style. We reply within 24 hours, same day in peak season.

  2. Get the details

    Within 48 hours we send sample menus and a price estimate, and set up a call or site visit.

  3. Proposal & deposit

    A written proposal within 5 business days. A 50% non-refundable deposit books your date.

  4. Tasting

    Complimentary for 2 guests once you’ve booked (Confluence: 2–4 guests).

  5. Final details

    Menu locked about 3 months out. Final headcount and balance due 14 days before.

20% service charge (not a gratuity; see policies), sales tax at your venue’s rate, and seasonal minimums apply. Off-peak dates get 10% off food.

Season

Book early for May–October

Wedding season in the valley runs May through October, and Saturdays fill fast. We hold dates 6–12+ months out. Fridays, Sundays and weekdays have lower minimums, and November–April dates get 10% off food.
